Called to collect on a debt but cannot provide details on patient, DOS, etc. When I asked for that information she said it was a violation of HIPPA to give that information. I said well the burden is on you to provide that information to collect a debt and she said no it is not and it is your credit that will ruined not mine, have a good day and ***g up.

"South MS Collections," calls several times per week often several times per day from various local & long distance phone numbers. They claim to be a collection agency yet unable provide detail about debt other than the name of a provider. I asked them to mail the claim I have received nothing. They are not professional OR courteous. Calls have continued despite my asking them to STOP.

Wouldn't say what company they were with and when I said wrong number she said she's talked to me on this number before. I ***g up. If you can't give the name of your business after I asked two different people then to me that's a scam!

Who are these people who keeping calling my number several times a day???

they called my childs phone.. and would not give there name or number.and when i spoke with her. a black female she ***g up on me when i would not give her my number!!!
