I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.  It came to my attention today that one or more people having been calling people from the above number claiming to be****ociated with my law office.  Please know there is NO affiliation with me or my office.  To the contrary, I would love to discover and prosecute w***ver is doing this.  Any information discovered in this regard can be emailed to me at [email protected]****ood luck!

I just got a call from this number. ... its Sunday for crying out loud... I have aready reported them to the federal trade commition....****s

They called A***N today....once a***n threatened me and my family.....I told them to file the paperwork so I can see what in the***** they are talking about...they refuse to send any paperwork...I told them they owed me $1500...they s****ed yelling that they didn't....I said YES YOU DO....The guy said prove it....I said that's what you need to do - prove to me that I owe you the money!!  He ***g up.....

The way to handle this is DO NOT answer the phone..... I have caller I.D. if the number is one that I don't know, I don't answer. Hopefully they will get the message. If not they can keep calling. Because I don't answer "Out of Area or Unavailable or Unknown, Private etc.

Will they ever stop? I have been receiving these calls for almost a year. They call from different number and leave messages with different names and different contact numbers. It gets very annoying and aggravating.

I just received a call from this #....same as others...outstanding loan from payday one loan co...Have never had one.....I gave him a case # and the number to my local police dept, told him they would be more than happy to speak with him....he just needed to give the police his correct name and location and they would send an officer right over......He ***g up on me, lol...............

Received same scan phone call

I received a call at my parents' house.  I returned the call, su****ious that it was a scam.They informed me it was a negligent payday loan around $350 - I've never taken a payday loan in my lifeI requested the name of the Law Firm - Morrison &****ociates.  I also requested written notice of the "legal matters" and she tried to say they could not provide that for me.  It is your legal right to request a written notification of any legal charges, and when I began to explain that and demand a written notification, she ***g up on me.Here's hoping I don't have to deal with them a***n...

These guys have been using bogus phone numbers and names for many years.  They claim that I took out a payday loan with their client. They have been calling me for over a year now.  They have threatened me, my family, and co-workers.  I keep telling them to go ahead and file your paperwork so I call what in the***** they are talking about.  They refuse to send me anything..Just want my credit card number.  I tell them no and they tell me "f*** you" and "we will **** you and your family"....They are SCAMMERS.  I've reported them to the FBI, FTC, my atty general's office and local police department.  DONT PAY THEM!!!

These people from this # are SCAMMERS!!!! Don't give them any $$ over the phone.  I've done my homework & filed a claim on the FBI's e-scam alert page along with many others.  Think about it for a second, every state has their own litigation courts, so if you're "file" was in litigation do you really think your courthouse would call you to warn you they are taking you to court?  Nope, they would just serve you with paperwork at your home.  When they call, tell them they are calling a business and the phone call is being recorded, they will just **** up & leave you alone.

i got a call tonight saying that i owed on a cash loan, that was a year old and that i would be taken to court if i did not pay the 359.00 to the client, i said to him that i never took out a cash loan , that i don't know what your talking about, and the guy refused to listen what i had to say, he is so rude. the name that he is using is robert cooper, but it sounds like some foreign guy that is using a fake name, DON'T PAY THESE PEOPLE A DIME, ITS A SCAM, thier trying to get money from people that have filled out online apps with all of their personal info and are using that info a***nst you to try to get money from you. I thought i would let everybody know that comes onto this site to be warned that these people are scammers, good luck to everybody that has to deal with these a** holes.

I've s****ed calling them back, so far I've called like 50 times. Most phone calls go to voice mail with the generic message but the lady answered twice now. She just says "Hello"*****o" and thats all. I say we all s**** calling them and fill up the voice-mail. Try calling morning noon and night like I've s****ed doing. Sure this will not solve much but now I make it into a game. How many times can i call them in one day. 5-10-15-20 times.

They left me a message saying they were some legal dept. w/ papers a***nst my social security number.  I tried to call the number out of curiosity, it is someone's cell phone, just one of those generic voice mails saying the person you are trying to reach is unavailable.
