Have received several calls from this number stating they are the IRS and I am a part of a class action law suit. The message demands money or I will face jail time. What a bunch of BS ! The IRS doesn't work that way but these guys are incredibly persistent and very annoying. DON"T give them ANY information.

I received a call from them this morning and they didn't leave a message. I phoned back and the answering ma****e said with a very southern draw, Circulations Unlimited. Don't know how or why I got a call from them, as my number is on the DO NOT CALL listing.

When you get another spam caller forward them to this number so they can tele-market each other.

Circulations, Incorp.....Telemarketer called asking if I received my local newspaper. She asked another question and when I said pardon me. She abruptly said very rudely have a nice day and ***g up.

Received call at 1238 hrs EST. Circulations, Inc., trying to get me to take subscription with local newspaper. I already have subscription and local paper DOES NOT USE TELEMARKETERS! Back trace on company shows owners as being Kiwanis S. Green, 1607 Gardner Dr. Albany, GA 31705 (http://www.facebook.com/kiwanisg) and Lawanda Harvey, 422 W. Tift Ave. Albany, GA 31701 (http://www.facebook.com/minnesotastud). A quick check with relatives in Georgia law enforcement shows that these two individuals have a known criminal history of theft by fraud and other felony items in Georgia and other states.

I am called by this number at least 3 times per day, sometimes they say they are call from my local newspaper, but most times no one answers when I say*****o.

They call multiple times a day and say nothing. They need to stop bothering people!

this number has called me daily for the last week, when i answer no one is there. called it back and sounds like a cell phone. message says "this mailbox is full, to reach another subscriber please enter their area code and phone number now. to reach your mailbox press star"

calls back to back and I refuse to answer them. My Dectective work show this phone number to be in Albany, Ga. Will not leave message. So they will not ever get a return call. Hope this helps.

Called us twice once at 1:34 am and then a***n at 1:38 am. It woke up entire family. I had to unplug the phone for the rest of the night. What the*****?

Got a call today, Oct. 28, 2010, around 9:45 am. I ignored it and then called it back. It's a telemarketer calling on behalf of our local newspaper.
