No phone call, just a email from a person claiming to be Jeff Ensor with Hartman Industries at 136 w South Temple , Salt Lake City, Utah. He claimed to be a purchasing officer at Hartman Industries. He requested I send him my catalog with pricing. the gmail address was [email protected] such company.

Tried to copy and past the email he sent to me, but this website won't let me do it. But anyway yes a scam for sure. Said he is ***** nelson jr with Hartman enterprise in Valdosta GA. (End of email said they are in Kelso WA. No phone number on email.

Emailed asking for most expensive product -and of course asked if we do credit card payments. Thought it was a scam - and googled Dycee Supplies which brought me here. Definitely another one for the books.

Emailed us from our website asking for prices of items that are clearly on our website. Then emailed asking for 30 expensive items to be shipped to Dycee Supplies. Nice one. That, and the name....and the broken English in the email were red flags.

They wanted to know if we accepted credit cards and wanted pricing info from our website. They called themselves as Dycee Supplies located at: 6 Landmark Square in Stamford, CT 06901 using a Georgia phone - 229-469-0879

Jared Hart originally asked for pricing on our product. Called him to ask specifics required to get him a quote and he had no idea what he was talking about. Was su****ious he was a scammer due to this and kept on asking industry specific questions and he ***g up on me.

He wants to buy our most expensive product without even asking any questions. Just delete any emails with this name Glen Terry or phone number of 229-469-0879. I can't believe anyone would fall for this low life scam artist.

These guys have nerve. They are now working out of Roosevelt Ave in Albany GA. Want to give us a CC for Cables. I told them to come on ver and pick them up. They didn't realize they were contacting another Business in Albany 2 BLOCKS AWAY!

Who would request a web address when a web address was used to secure the e-mail address? Who would request what products are sold when all product information is clearly listed on the web site? Who asks if a credit card can be used on a site that allows you to place orders? Only a scam artist.

Emailed my company asking for product information, the writing was disjointed as though English wasn't their first language. Looked up the phone number and found this site. This is a SCAM!

Submitted separate emails through our company website - both claiming to be the "production manager" of a company called Ven Enterprise. Email asked to provide product info, credit card payments, and pickup orders. Could not find any company info online. A search using their phone number led me to this site. Scammers for sure!

I told them they would have to pre pay for shipping and the products. They told me no, they will not pre pay for shipping. DO NOT, DO NOT, PAY THEIR TRUCKING COMPANY IN CASH. They come off as very professional. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT. TRUST THEM

Wanted to buy new and/or used mattresses with a credit card. Jerry emailed from [email protected] and had Sid Enterprise in his signature with the address being 100 N Patterson St Vadolsta (which should be Valdosta), GA 31601 which is an empty office building.

Sent email for equipment we sell and said they were from Valdosta, GA. Looked up phone number and saw the scam alert. Looked up address that was provided and it is a local insurance company.

Got two emails from Sid Enterprise: one from Jared Hart and one from Melvin Cooper-requesting pricing/info. 100 N Patterson St in Valdosta seems to be vacant office ****e. Just another scam, we've been down this road before.

The email stated: " I\\\'m contacting your company for a business proposal. I\\\'d like to inquire about Awning which I would like you to call me on the number below to discuss or send me an email with a link/catalog to your various awnings offerings so that I can make suitable selections, Also advise me if you do accept credit card as payment. "

Our company received the same email that others have described. Emailed through our website with the telltale signs of a scammer: ***ue inquiry about one of our general product categories, no specifics but wanted pricing, asked if we accept credit card payments.

Recv'd an email via our website from this guy asking for a quote for various items. He wanted to know if he could pay by credit card (which our website clearly indicates you can via PayPal.) He claimed he was in Valdosta, GA, but he submitted the online form from an IP address in South Africa. This guy is another internet hack, trying to commit credit card fraud.
