Tried to block on my landline comcast states it is invalid number 231-220-9753

I missed a call from (231) 220-9753 {at 3:21 pm 8-24-2018} on my cell phone which is on every "no call list" that there is. (Federal and Florida)

This number called today saying that they had a Rex for my husband for pain medication. They wanted to know his drug company. He does not now or ever had a prescription for pain meds. SCAM!!!!!!!!!
