Leave a CommentI got several calls/messages from that number as well, but my caller ID said Warwick, RI
Same as some others. Left message about "lowering the rates on your account" or some such thing like that. Also had the "push x for a live operator, push y to opt out". Like Dave on the 25th said, they're probably fishing for numbers that belong to actual people. Funny how they leave a message on an answering ma****e asking you? it? some phantom being from another universe? to push ****ons.
Just got this call... same as everyone else... limited window to get lower cc rates. With mine a 1 sent you to a 'live' operator (as opposed to a dead one) and 2 let them know you did not want anymore calls (right... probably just confirmed my number is a valid human-rea****g number.
Left message: offering to reduce credit card rates...press 9 to opt out of their calls...
Received a call Friday (5-20). This seems like a non-legitimate company. I'm on a do-not-call list and still received this.
These folks must be some sort of scam. Exactly the same message. A phishing scheme?
Received a call form this number tonight. Caller ID shows Michigan Call. I did not answer the phone but they left a message saying so****ing to the effect that they could reduce your interest rates (on credit cards I think). I have no need for this service and hope you don't either.
