It's a collection agency of some sort. They cloak local area codes so it looks like a local number instead of a 800 or 888 area code, hoping you will pick up.

I got 4 calls from this number this morning on my cell phone and they were 5 minutes apart.  There were no messages and when I tried to call it back it said the call cannot be completed as dialed.

who called

called and left me no message.  i've called back multiple times and either get a busy signal or call can not be completed message.
