I have recieved like 6 or 7 calls from this number and I have no idea who it is.  They don't leave messages to identify themselves or to tell me what they want.  Anyone know who this is?

This number has called me atleast 10 times in the past week.  After about the 4th time I s****ed waiting on the line just to see who it was.  They always **** up as soon as they hear someone on the other end.  If this is a telemarketer they sure need to retrain thier staff on how to sell.

12317981059 - This unknown number called me twice in the span of 24 hours.I answered the first time and immediately received an automated recording which stated, "Please hold for a representative.". I abruptly ***g-up because it sounded like similar to what a collections agency would attempt to do in order to contact delinquint account holders.
