This number has shown up on my phone bill on my sons line he has been known to text *** scams wanting money in return get pictures so I think thus might be how they did it.

Same as previous. Called my 70 year old mother and Gabe her this number to call . They said it's a $14,000 . Government grant and ask if want it sent by money gram to Walmart , Walgreens, Dollar general, or Dollar tree and they preferred dollar tree and said there is an upfront transfer fee of $200. 00 that has to be applied to receive the grant transfer. And they picked 12,000 people in the untied states to receive the grant and my mother eas picked for up to date taxes and paying her bills on time. Lol that's not the case ..
