Keep getting calls from them. Told them to quit calling and they then **** up on me. Filed a complaint a***nst them in the state of Missouri. I'm on the don't call list.
We receive calls from these folks four or five times per week. They usually call between 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. sometimes they call in mid-afternoon, or just before 9 p.m. We have asked to be removed, spoke to representatives who have ***g up on us, reviled us, called back to cuss at us, harangued and harassed us. We currently do not answer to phone numbers we don't recognize, allowing our answering service to take them. These people rarely if ever leave a message. I have reported these calls a***n and a***n to the Government's National No Call list, to no avail. It takes an awful lot of time to follow up on these outrageous calls. From now on we just don't answer the phone. They are a waste of our valuable time and anyone who really needs to contact us will leave a message.
I get CALLS daiily on both my landline and cell phone. Both are on the "no call" list. I don't answer my cell but my landline does not have caller ID...I always ask for their name and when they tell me, I say it's for the police report... SICK of these calls. Forget the Attorney General. I've sent these and other numbers to the office numerous times and they just keep on coming.
I have registered with the National Do Not Call Registry, how in the***** can they call and get away with it?!?!
Owner of the company, Johan Hendrik Smit Duyzentkunst, denied any knowledge of this operation and claimed that someone was using his platform to place the calls without his knowledge. At the height of this telephone debacle it's been said that Rachel was making 27 calls a second, which is a whopping 2.4 million calls in a single day! If they don't **** up on you first. When you ask to be removed they say sure but they just keep on calling.
Put these no good *******'s in your contacts. Under name put Spammer. When they call you see the word Spammer and ignore the call. They are calling from every state with different numbers. I have about 20 different numbers in contacts that say Spammer when they call.

Nothing that you do will stop them from calling you. The calls will continue since the major money is being made with what is called a CNAM revenue-sharing program through companies like www.telephonemanagement.net and www.CallerID4U.com. If you want to stop these calls then you need to dry up their revenue source. These s*** are making money by sending bogus Caller ID information to your phone company. Telephone numbers are Calling Name (CNAM) provisioned and stored in a special database accessible to other telecom utilities. This means that for any outbound call that transmits a special code corresponding to one of their phone numbers, these criminals collect a fee for transmitting the caller ID information to the Local Exc****e Carrier receiving the call. When you see a phone number in your caller ID (along with some name like Card Services), your phone company has to reimburse the caller for downloading that info from the database where it’s stored. They are making money even if you don't answer the phone. If someone does make the mistake of answering the phone and falling for their scam then it is just icing on the cake for them. What To Do When You Get an Illegal Robocall; www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/robocalls 1. **** Up. Do not press any number to get off the list. 2. Report it at www.fcc.gov/complaints 3. Report it at www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov 4. People should continually file complaints with their Attorney Generals office. Here is an excellent blog site that I found that explains how these companies are getting away with this activity. telemarketerspam.wordpress.com
