Who Called: Foreign cold call claiming to be calling in behalf of Medicare (scammer)

Same overseas (India accent) scam telemarketing cold call center, this one claimed to be Healthcare Specialists calling in behalf of Medicare. (No one in this household is 65 or older) and then they asked for my doctor and insurance number. : Prior calls proven to be One Digital of Chicago, IL (312-756-8874) and Clear Link of D****r, UT (801-424-0018).
