They said I will arrested if I don't call back in the next 24 hours

Said they were the IRS and I would be arrested by local cops due to my taxes if I didn't call them immediately to resolve. BS.

They left a poor quality robot msg saying I will be arrested. I got someone to answer twice. I asked who are you what's your company and each time they ***g up. Bad people!

i never answered, so they left a voicemail. It was so blotchy and broken. It stated i had been reported to the authorities and will be facing jail time. They told me not to contact a lawyer, call them first for consultation.

Auto voice said they were calling about a very serious emergency. I mean really what legitimate person/agency would use such language?

In voicemail they stated "very serious emergency and time sensitive from the IRS". They then followed this up with I have 24 hours to respond or I will be arrested by the "local cops". No government agency would use the term cops instead of authority. This must be a scam.
