I got a call and they asked me if I itched or burned?

rec'd call from this number about a credit card balance of $10,000 dollars and how they could save me 255 to pay it off, never had a credit card balance that large in my life.

12;54 pm 5/9/16 Received call from this number...number evident but no name on ID. I didn't get to the phone to answer (on cell). They did not leave a message. Glad I checked before calling back. I don't get many of these calls on my cell ... most of them are on my landline ...
