Scammer asking for money as the IRS is filing a lawsuit

This is an IRS scam - don't answer & don't call back!

Called many times to try and get money from me. Told me to go to Walmart and do a wire transfer. SCAM do not even answer the phone and best to block it SCAM

Says IRS is filing a lawsuit a***nst me and to call them back. Caller ID shows name of "Ben Marshal"

I received a text to call this number about the IRS suing me. BS! Please don't ever respond to such scams. First of all, the IRS is.notjing to fear, second they would.NEVER text you!
