The caller was a robot, claiming she was an officer of the IRS and that I will be prosecuted if I don't call back to this number. Since I pay all my taxes- I ignored it. What's going on in the U.S?

Caller says he is part of the federal treasury. Trying to scare people into paying for fraudulent tax fraud. Should be arrested immediately.
