and Indian guy is threatening me that somebody had sue me because i never pay a payday loan.(a loan i never took or apply for.) he sound like Indian. he said that he needs my immediately response from me or my attorney. he said that if he does not hear from us he wishes me good look and God bless you.i really need this person to stop calling me at. it is very disrespectful.

I have ebeen receiving the same threatening messages for about a month from various numbers and various people with strong Indian accents...It is the same message every time, "This message is intended for CS-----.CS , the very second you receive this message, I need you or your retained attorney of records, to return the call. Goodbye and best of luck for your kids ( I don’t even have kids)."   When this number is searched through Google, it shows numerous complaints from others like me.  I ahve attempted to return the calls and every time I reach a line that continuously rings with no answer or message??? I am very frustrated and am considering taking legal action...

Hey I was on my lunch break today, around 6:15 Left a messg. on my supervisor's voicemail saying I needed to call him immediately.  His name so called name was also WILLIAM CLARK {Indian accsent} and his number was as well 240-720-1997.  Been doing research as well and several blogs are saying its a payday loan scam...Thanks

I have been receiving grossly harassing and threatening phone calls (at my place of employment and on my personal cell phone) from a thick accented Indian guy, who claims he works for American Legal Services and that I have not repaid a payday loan. The same guy uses many different aliases and many different ‘hotline division’ contact numbers. He has threatened to send the police (we have a sheriff’s department and not a police department) to my place of employment and/or home to have me arrested, if I did not immediately pay them. Not only has he threatened arrest, but he has also threatened serious legal action and my kids (which I don’t even have). This individual refuses to provide me with additional information and anytime you challenge anything that he says, he becomes absolutely irate and he begins yelling, cussing and throwing around threats. I still don’t know how much money they are trying to extort from me because every time I attempt to obtain debt validation, he s****s his antics and I end up ****ing up on him. I have not paid them anything and I finally quit taking the calls and now allow them all to go my voicemail. When this individual calls (sometimes upwards of ten times a day) the number is typically “Unknown”, but I have received a call from 052543511. When I researched this number on google, I determined that it seemingly belongs to a, Thong Kee Motors located at K30 Kampung Kucai, Ipoh Malaysia (please see the following link: http://www.eguide.com.my/MY/COMPANY/94060/Tho ... m?Motor+Garages). This very well could be a completely bogus listing. I have also researched the numbers they have provided (in voicemail transcripts below) and have found that numerous consumers are also contending with this harassment and threats from this individual.Saved Voicemail 1:  This message is intended for Robert -------. Additionally, I am filing a formal complaint with the Florida State Attorney Office who has prosecuted these types of cases.
