Since our new tel. line was setup the only calls we get are from Novo 1 and some other company's all referring to ATT with a sneaky iterrogation technique to set you up with a long term binding contract, you only need to tell them your info and zip even they're asking questions where the answer only can be yes. We had terrible telemarketing businesses in Europe, but here it is even worse, I'd expected that no-call lists and government would help preventing this but unfortunately it doesn't look that way.

We get calls like this one all the time where they call on behalf of AT&T or Verizon trying to get us better rates.  One guy s****ed to ask how many computers we had, so I asked him who he was and what company he was with.  He gave me his name but only said he was calling on behalf of AT&T.  We asked him to stop calling at that point.

Got a call trying to sell me a better plan, on a phone number that isn't mine!

It is Novo 1. Their corp phone number is 877-810-***3 or 301-361-1111 ...call them as many times as they call you!

I received this phone "240-294-1590" call our shop almost every day and he/ she is very rude. They even say the bad word. The next time when they call, I picked the phone and they **** up a***n. I told them that DO NOT CALL US ANY MORE but they are still call. Today they call a***n and they **** up on me as well.

Well, I just got my first call at work.A man called and said "Can I speak with the person who manages your AT&T account for your company?". I work in IT and regularly instruct our users on how to spot a phishing or social engineering scam so I was on to this guy immediately. I asked him "And what company are you calling?". He paused for a second then said our company name. I told him we didn't use AT&T and he quickly ***g up.A SCAM FOR SURE!!

Got my first call from them this evening, interrupting my dinner.  I'm sure there will be more calls from them.  The answering ma****e picked up the line before I could get to the phone, and they ***g up on it without leaving a message. Thanks for posting their toll-free number to call for getting added to their no-call list. I'll give that a try and see if I can head off any future harassing calls from these ****s.

These calls are from a marketing company called Novo 1.  They usually call former/current/new customers of phone companies like AT&T and Verizon to sell additional services or to lure back lost customers. Sometimes they call to conduct political polls or marketing surveys.  They do not honor the state/federal do not call lists.  They use really bad predictive dialing ma****es, so most of the time when you answer the phone they will **** up on you like some crazy ****** stalker.

These people called me yes****ay and I quickly told them I don't accept telemarketing calls. They called a***n this moring. When I saw their number on my caller ID, I simply pressed the talk ****on and then ***g up without any communication.

I see where they have called...seems like the first time I have seen their name/number.  Geez  Am on the NO CALL LIST..but does this NO CALL LIST work like it should ??????

I have been receiving lots of calls from Nova and after I seen this page I received another. His name was Steve, I asked him if this was a temarketing call and he said yes. I told him not to call a***n. Very annoying

Caller Id showed Unknown Caller but I had seen that number before and it was caller id as Novo 1.No one spoke when call was answered. being a company that gets a lot of real Phone calls from vendors I have to answer. They waste my time. Wish I could bill then for every time I have to answer there scam call !

Same problems as listed above. They are interrupting my business calls and making me run for the phone several times a day. I just called them at 301-361-1111 and asked to be removed from there call list. Where is the enforcement of the do not call laws?

Alright, I just got done calling them. I told them to never call a***n. If they choose to call a***n in the future there will be***** to pay.

I have been getting this call for a few days now. When I answer no one says anything and then ****s up. I think I am going to call the toll free number like crazy everyday until I die.

Based upon an earlier post, I called the 877 # and told them to take me off their Call List or I was going to turn them over to the MA Attorney General's office.  They said they will.  There is an old saying the proof is in the pudding so only time will tell.

Caller ID Name: NOVO 1, caller ID # 240-294-1590.  Line rang, I answered, 240-294-1590 ***g up.  I looked up the company online and called their toll free number (877) 810-***1.  The operator who answered prefered not to give her 'personal name' and I spoke to a female who identified herself (after a lot of questions from me) as T****, Supervisor of the Call Center located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  I spoke to her at 8:45 a.m. Central Standard Time on Monday, July 2, 2007.  T**** advised she would put my company on the Do Not Call list.

No way to call back.Even though number and name on caller ID.Annoying when some one calls and then they fix there phones so you cant return the call to see what it was about.Then your stuck with the bill for a long distance call.

This guys keep bugging me so many times.

May they burn in***** for interrupting a session with a delicate patient for some ****** scam..

Caller claimed to be Steve at AT&T southeast asking for the person who managed this telephone account.

nova one as the called id reports to me withe the phone number 240-294-1590, has been calling me multiple times a day saying that I owe them 400 dollars for being placed in thier directory that I did not ask for, never requested, and would never have even thought about being part of in a ***dred years. Please someone put this company out of biz before they s**** ruining peoples credit with false reports made about people and ruining peoples lives and buisnesses by calling and pestering them all the time

I just filed a complaint on the DONOTCALL.gov website. I am been called 5 times per day by these people. They claim to be "Nova One" - a marketing company which obviously doesn't obey the do not call rules. I found their website. It's http://www.novo1.com/
