yes! two times this happened to me as well, about a year and a half ago. The first time they used one of those names, the second, they just said "I see you". So creepy, and a little cliche? I haven't been bothered a***n, and I go to college out of state now. And I have att, so it's not just verizon.

This creeper is still out there! I just got a text message from him/her saying "hey" I said, "who is this?" and they said, " jj <***iCarmel25" so naturally I said, "Don't know you. Stop texting me." and I got a message back saying, "Fine. F*** off." this makes me very nervous and I think we seriously need to report this person! W***ver it may be!

thats so weird.. i got a text from the same person with the same sitouation and all. i had to get the number blocked bc they wouldnt stop texting and calling me.

I got a text from this number claiming his name was "j.j." and he asked me how i was doing...i didn't respond and he hasn't texted me since. Howerver it's only been 6 minutes haha. This is weird.

Yea I got the same message...went by the name of j.j. Didn't help that I actually have a friend name j.j. So I thought it was her...but when I asked how they got my number they said "it was on facebk. There a group of numbers 2 join 4 lookin up those ppls names n #s n then I found urs. I'm sorry. I thought ur somebody else." I told them my number wasn't on facebook and to leave me alone and they never responded so I looked the number up and I found all these complaints. I'm glad I didn't give out any personal information.

Last night, I received the same texts as stated above (I also received texts last week from a different number saying the same things). Said he had to ask me a question and when I told him I was a guy, he said "****, wrong number"

Its really creepy. Has anyone responded to him?

This person has contacted many girls. No one knows who he is. There have been several incidences.

Same story as all the rest. He randomly texted me saying he was "very sorry" but he got my number from a group on Facebook and wanted to ask me "6 ?s" Asked for a picture of me and then a picture of my belly****on...very weird, very random. Anybody know what "Facebook group" he is talking about?

He texted me during my exam telling me good morning and claiming he got my number off of facebook saying  "there a group of numbers 2 join 4 lookin up those ppls names n #s n then i found ur #. But i was askin u a ?" *** obviously grammar is not his strongpoint nor is the sense of privacy

Texted me saying his name was Jamel. Said he got my number off facebook and its not even on facebook. Asked me where im from and what school i go to and asked for pictures and was asking about ***.

he texted me and said his name was jamel jones, told me that he didn't know me, and said that he got my number off of facebook. he's also texted at least six other girls from my school, but sometimes uses the name justin mullins. he claims to be sixteen he's asked girls for pictures and apparently sent a picture of himself to a friend of mine

This person texted me saying his name is Jack Hudson. He texted me asking what school I go to and he said he got my number from facebook too. He said he needs to ask me some questions because he doesn't know me well.

text messaged me said they got my number from facebook even though my number is not on facebook. said they were jamal jacksons, fifty cents friend, and were terribly sorry

I got a text today from this number they said there name was Jamel from MD. they knew my name and wanted to ask some questions i only replied once asking who it was cuz all they said was hi at first

the person with this number keeps texting me, and i have no clue who he is.  he says "ima h.s. Student graduated, black american, tall, blak hair, n 18 yr old mail."    i have no clue who this guy is, and he keeps saying he has to "asks me some ?'s"   even though im not responding.  its freaking me out.
