this phone number called my phone 4 times in several hours, and, when I answered the 4th call (this is an unrecognized phone number), the voice did not respond to me saying, "Hello" and, then, suddenly, after about 15 seconds, a low Asian-accented voice s****ed making bizarre comments in broken English. This individual is either mentally-ill and ******tic or this person is developmentally-impaired, because this was not a normal, verbal individual.
