240-699-8964 is a scavenger debt collection agency. The purchase old, expired and invalid debts and try to collect through intimidation. Ignore them or initiate litigation a***nst them.

Got a few calls from ARM w/o a msg ... if it's collections, that is what they might want, your "ARM".

I don't know who call me from this number but I call back and the man on this phone number 240-699-8964 requesting that I must provide my name and the phone numbers that I call from. I refused and ***g up. I think this is some sort of fraud. What do you think?thanks

In had this number call me two months ago.But they turn on my off answering ma****e some how.and turn up the volume.But they don't leave a message.I called them before and it was OFFICE AT IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY.

Called at 8:46 AM.  No message. No idea who this is.  Can't be important otherwise they would leave a message and say who and what they want.
