Just got a call on my cellphone from this number at 6:23PM PST.  Rang once and immediate **** up when I answered.Call originated in the Rockville MD area.

we are receiving calls from this number repeatedly.  Rings once, ****s up.  We think it may be a customer, call back.  When I called, it said it is for "Hey Cosmo" blast message

I got several calls Christmas day, I lost count since I had other more important things to do,19 calls 12/26, 6 calls 12/27, 1 call 12/28 so far. I have reported them to the FCC, Michigan State Attorney General, Tennessee State Attorney General, and Consumer Affair/Fraud Division, since they know the last 4 digits of my debit card.My research tells me this is a telemarketing outfit Avalon aka Epixtar located in different parts of Michigan.I have only been able to talk to a person one time, and he told me the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY does not apply to them. Since that call the calls have multiplied to all hours of the day & night. There is never anyone on the line when I answer. They have my home phone also. When I don't answer my cell phone, any number coming from 213-area will immediately ring my home phone after my cell phone stops ringing.The A*?Hole I did get to speak too, actually called my work number & asked for me specifically. Told me since I have been such a loyal customer with VISA,card number ending ---- they would send me a $25.00 gift certificate if I would verify my information. I asked him how ****** did he think I was?Since, as I say, the calls have multiplied and I am ready for this bunch of con-artist to be brought to justice. This has been going on for more than 3 months now. I don't know who sold my info to them, but I want their ****s too.

Just got a call from this number @842am cst.  Rang once, then when I answered, **** up.  Also not amused!

didnt leave a message...i called back..said three options Hey Cosmo to get your friends messages...kinda weird...

Just got same one ring call at 12/27/2009. Reversed looked it up on whitepages.comSaid it was a landline in ***thersburg, MD

This number called my cell phone and did not answer.

Same thing just happened to me.

Missed the call, no message...on Dec. 25, 2009.  My sister said she got a text from this number saying "please take note of my new number," a couple weeks ago.

Called my cell phone though it did not ring, had 2 missed calls in a span of a minute. No message either. Garbage calls!

Received missed call from this number Dec. 26, 2009 at about 8:45 pm Eastern time.

Phone rang once, and they ***g up, left no voicemail.

The same s**t head called me on my cell today.  I didn't hear the phone ring but I could have been out of the room.  There was no voice mail either. ARGH!

Same here. It's another reason to replace every member of Congress...the least they can do is put phone harassers in prison.

I got a call from this number this afternoon at 2 pm EST.  There was no one on line when I answered the phone.It is irritating that w***ver is using this number is generating such a nuisance.

Yep,just called and let it ring once.

Called on cell phone; brief ring then displayed missed call.

Got one at 828am eastern stamdard time. Don't know who it was but I am not amused.
