been recieving calls from this number. david (thats what he says his name is) is rude and refuses to leave any reasons for the calls. then has gotten mouthy with my elderly disabled mother when she tries to screen the call or take any type of messages.

Its a collection Agency, his named is Ken Garmo I just got one and I did some research about him and he isn't a very nice person. Google, Ken Garmo.
