Leave a CommentAsked me if I was interested in a job, part time or full time. His name was Mike McDonald. Call on 6.24.08 at about 11am. I have no clue who he is, and he wouldnt tell me where his company was from. So annoying.
Symmetry Direct ***nch calling itself ITI.AKA Infiniti Premiere, and a host of other names.Claims to have full or part time employment and calls asking if you want to come to an interview. This is a pyramid scheme company.
Lucy called me. Said she was looking for John, and had heard he was looking for full- or part-time work. I'm looking anyway, so I heard her out, and yeah, health and wellness, same address as everyone else has mentioned. Set me up with an interview for Friday, though I think she would have taken me right then and there if she had the chance. ... For an interview, you know.I told her that I had already quit personal training due to hating sales...so, if it's a sales scheme, she's probably just looking to siphon my cash for this enrollment fee business...which makes me think that "Temica" up there is just one of them, looking to shake uncertainty.I'm a student at OCC, mostly at Auburn Hills, though I take a coupla cl***** at Highland Lakes also (Waterford). I have my resume up on some job websites as well.
I am not an OU student, but I go to adams high school and had extactly the same thing happen to me.
I recieved a call today from Mike. He left a message saying that he wanted to discuss work options. It sounded su****ious so I decided not to call him back. But then I decided to look the company up and I got nothing, then I looked up the phone number and got this website. I'm an OU student too.
I also recv'd a call on 3-31 from 'Matt' at IPI. Said it was a health and wellness company but did not explain what they actually do. When I s****ed to ask questions he rushed to get off the phone.I have my resume posted on hot jobs and monster job, probably got it off there as he called my cell phone number, not work number. Gave me 248-334-7266 to call him back.
My 20 year old daughter got the same call from Mike. She called him back and he told her that she had good people s****s and wanted to interview her. Interestingly, she is a junior at Oa****d University. She lives in an apratment off campus but he called our home in Grosse Pointe so I wonder how he got her home phone number. Maybe someone should let OU know that someone has accessed student information.
Same scheme, I didn't know what to make of it. Mike McDonald. He wouldn't give me anything about what sort of job this was. I also have yet to apply anywhere. I'm waiting til I graduate high school in two months. (I didn't mention that I'm still in high school, though now that I see all this, I wonder what he would have said.) When I asked what type of work this was, he said so****ing like, "We are going through an expansion, jobs are open in various departments." "Marketing and Sales", "International business", and "good people s****s"? What is all this?
I got a call from Mike around 9:30 this morning, he said he had a job opening for me at ITI, and he said if I was still looking for work this is a great opportunity. The weird thing is I have never applied for a job before, and never heard of this ITI company.
WOW! I recieved a call this morning also and he gave all the same information as previous people have said. This sounds like a Vector Marketing scheme.
Who the***** is this Mike guy ? He called me around 1020am on March 19th. I want to know where he is getting my number and what gives him the right to call me? I have never applied for a company called ITI. I have a good feeling that this company is a total scam. One of those Pyramid companies where the top man (mike) only wins. If it is anything like that stay out of it.
**** Mcdonnel (mcdonald?) called and said that possible work options. He had my name, and greeted me in the voice mail. He called around 1020 am.
Ok people, here's what this company is. It's a health and wellness company. Basically what it is, is one of those "create multiple streams of residual income" things. The thing is, my aunt does this EXACT same thing just with a different healt and wellness product and she does GOOOOOOOOOOOOD! There is of course and enrollment fee but I think it's worth it especially if you can sell ice to an eskimo LOL. No, really, almost anybody really can do it. It's next to dirt cheap to enroll and get s****ed, but I'm going through a financial cr**** that's gonna take a minute to get out of. But I kept the address and number so that in the next couple of weeks I can go back and get s****ed. I mean the worst that can happen is it doesn't work and I'm no worse off than I am now. So that's what it is folks. I mean if they're calling go down there and see if you like what you hear. Like I said the worst that can happen is it doesn't work for you or you just plain old lose interest and you're no worse off than you are now. We may as well try so****ing people, it can't hurt.
I just got a call this morning from ITI, and they left a message on the ma****e. The guys name was mike. He did not say much besides he works for ITI and they have a position open and to call him back if I am interested. I tried looking up "ITI" but came up with nothing, and googling the number brought me here. Any updates on the interview, Temica?
***! I got a call Monday morning from Brian McQuinn, same company, same offer, same scenario and same location. I also asked how he got my info (seeing as how I actually am looking for a second job and have been sending my resume out) and he said "my name came across his desk". I'm scheduled for a 6:30 interview tonight. Now this guy said the company was a marketing company which struck me as odd because I would have NEVER applied for such a position. I'm gonna go to the interview though just to see what's what with this "company", curisosity has gotten the best of me on this one. But I'm with you guys, who the heck are these people and how did they really get our information? I'm gonna do some digging while I'm there and let you all know what the deal is tomorrow.
I got a call from Mike at 11:00AM today and he wanted to set up a "quick interview" with me today or tomorrow. He said it was an opportunity in health and wellness and he was based in Pontiac, Michigan. The company was ITI and they had some openings in their tea****g and training programs. This was after I informed him about where I worked, which was HFCC. He said they were currently offering part-time and full-time positions in customer relations as well. The location given was 175 S. Saginaw in Suite #109. The zip code is 48342. Mike could not offer who suggested me to him and their company and could not verify who "highly recommended" me. They work with "servers and such."
I got a message from Trish Rogalla as well from Pontiac about a job for IPI I didnt know what the heck she was talking about so I did a little research and this is what i found.
Ok. I just got a call from the same company! A girl named Lucy called me. I was looking up info about them and came across this website. I got the same story. She said she got my number from an agency, said they were specializing in health and wellness. She gave me the same address.I asked her if it was a door to door business, and she said no. I found it strange that she called my cell phone because i don't have it on my resume. I though the call was weird. I haven't decided wether or not i am going to go. I am going to call the number after hours to see what the voicemail says.
I received a call from Trish Rogalla of Infinity Premier based out of Pontiac, MI at 175 S Saginaw - 109. She was very fast talking and stated that they are fairly new company specializing in health and wellness. She offered me an interview the same day she called. I told her I was not available at that time and she offered a later interview that same day at 6:30. Most legit companies schedule an interview the next day or a few days later and never late interviews in the day after business hours. Hmmmmm - red flag. The number is a mobile number.
Similar story. Got a call from some guy named Brian there. He left me a voicemail saying he was "looking for sharp individuals" and that their "company is expanding." He said that he wanted me to come in for an interview and meet some of the "associates." He asked what I do now and where I work, etc. Said that the company was called IPI or ITI?? and that it had to do with international wellness and health. He said that my name "came across his desk"?? Whatever that means.I'm wondering if all of you people had your resume on OU CareerLink, because I did and that's the only way I would think he could get that info.
Same thing as Robert and Ian. I got a call around 11am on 2/4/08 and said "I came highly recommended as a person with great people s****s," by a friend pf mine, but when I asked who my friend was he claimed he hadn't been the one to talk to them... Seemed very evasive when I asked him what exactly it was that they did over there, and all I really got out of him was some fast talking about health and wellness... I did finally manage to get a website out of him, www.symmetrydirect.com, however, he said it was more a website for their international clients? I contacted the people over at SymmetryDirect, and in their search found nothing of Infinity Premier as a provider of their product... Fast talker, evasive, "new up and coming business," I hate to say it's sketchy, maybe the guy's trying to get a business running instead of a pyramid scheme, but it really just seems too fishy...
Same as with robert. this guy named mike called me at 3:35 pm on 2/4/08. He said that someone suggested me to him. said it was for "Infninti Premier" in Pontiac Michigan at 175 S. Saginaw street. Very questionable. Wouldn't give a website. Said it was a company w/ sports? Be skeptical.
Mike called said he had a job for me at city premier? idk it was at 9 am on 2/4/08. Said a friend suggested me to him.
