She said she was Farmers insurance and they could save me money on car insurance. I asked who there were, which agent they were representing, she stumbled a bit, said first she was calling for an agent then said she was from Farmers. She refused to give me anything and said I had to give her all my information first and then they would relay it to the agent who would call me. Background noise suggests a spammer, she was evasive. This call is different from many others as they are using a local, recognizable telephone area code. Do Not Call apparently doesn't work - a shocker!
