Got a call this morning. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it. But it's strange that since GMAC Mortgage just went bankrupt and sold all their loans to Green Tree Servicing, Ocwen Loan Services and others...why would they be calling people to refinance in May and June of 2013? I *HAD* a GMAC mortgage until they sold my mortgage to Green Tree.
