Was a return call from a rude customer service rep, not surprisingly, not calling from their main number (Those calls are probably monitored and recorded.), with a partial status update. When I asked for ETA details, I was told I could call the company ABC is outsourcing their onsite service calls to SMH. Would def discourage or others from buying a service contract from them.
