Kept calling and texting about getting construction work on a house that is not his (after research), and paying with credit cards (that are not his). His information has been reported to the police for fraudulent activity.

Random txt sent to Linda (I'm not Linda btw) "Hi Linda, my name is Jon and I'm texting with a short survey to understand how our communities are dealing with the coronavirus." It then proceeds to ask three questions (very random) and that's about it - called the tel# and it went to an automated message that was hard to make out. I did leave a vm - but a***n, seems like a robo completely.
