Man calling us on another family. Trying to get us to return call them. Debt collector. No return call.  Think this is out of line to call us on another one's debt.

I get a call but no vm. If they want so****ing or want me to know so****ing then leave a voicemail. Not answering a call I don't know wasting my minutes.

how do these people get my number? i am not in debt so why would a debt collector call me?
