I keep getting calls and there is no message. This is really annoying!

This number is calling me to pay a bill that isn't due for 10 more days. I'm very irritated to have 10 missed calls a day from them for NO reason.

What makes me amd is they keep calling.They call everyday.More than once.If it is that important,they should leave a message.

i just rec ieved 8 calls from this 2489153797 number and its a scan. my friend works for verizon wireless and she told me that it some company that get your information to scam you. DONT ANSWER IT!!

They were trying to offer me a new deal since my two-year contract was up.

I'm getting about 4 calls from this number a day.  They leave a message two of the four times, then call two more times w/o leaving a message.  Is that even legal?I was a month late on a bill, but when that's happened before they just text me.  This seems like a scam.

does n e one know how to make them stop? i have recived the phone call 3 times in just one morning-248-915-3797 .  is there a number we can call to make it stop?

Called the 248-915-3797 today and it says it is a Verizon Message Retrieval Center and asks for your Cell #.  Beware..

I received this call twice in 2 hours. I however, did know I was late on payment. I call Verizon directly NOT using this number. I will see if the calling stops. Has anyone tried to call this number back? If so, does anyone answer?

I have some friends that work for Verizon looking into this. I know for a fact if you are late they text you and don't call. I will post back when I find out more info.

I keep getting this number appearing on my cell- and no message left. I have  Verizon Wireless on the phone right now to get this stopped. I am current on my bill- the person at Verizon says she has no idea what this number is. The rep put me on hold- and I have now been on hold for more 11 minutes. The rep just came back on the line and said I can set up my account to not get calls on any marketing promos, or from any random number like this.

I've received calls from this number 4 times over the last 3 days from [no name] and leaving no message. Reading the above posts... I'm not late with my payment either. We don't have caller ID on our land-line but receive frequent calls where no one is there when we answer, perhaps those are from this number as well. What is up with this and what can be done about it??

This number is a scam.  They say they are Verizon Wireless and that a c****e has been made to your account.  I'm not listed, nor is my number, as the primary on my account but they called looking for me.

This number called me a recorded 23 times while i was on vacation in ******ia beach for 4 days. No message. I'm not late on my verizon bill, plus if i am late i get a call from the local manager's cell phone. The calls stopped as soon as i returned home. Always called around 8am 12pm 3pm 5pm and 11pm.

They have called me 4 times each day for the last two weeks or so...

They called me four times today and didn't leave a message but I still had to go through my voicemail to hear a phone **** up. And then they called later today also.

This numbers  caller ID just says Michigan Call then the number. If it's verizon why don't they ID themselves.

2-6 times a day calling, who is this person?

IF THEY LEFT A MESSAGE, LEGALLY, THEY CAN NOT CALL YOU FOR ANOTHER 7 DAYS.....IF THEY LEAVE NO MESSAGE, THEY CAN CALL YOU AS MANY TIMES AS THEY WANTED TO.....SO LONG AS THEY LEAVE NO MESSAGE.

NO MESSAGE IS LEFT EITHER IF VERIZON THEY SHOULD IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS SUCH!!

this is a scam, dont answer these calls.

THis is a verizon wireless number- if you go past due on your bill or they think you have this is the number that you will get calls from an automated system and good luck getting a rep.
