they got my name but only the last name, they seem to do a survey and get info from us. they called at 20:10 in the evening, and who is working that late ? this is a scam call i guess

This number has called before claiming to be doing a survey from the university of kwatlen. They seem to get your late name right and they ask if you attended there which you haven't they somehow also got my parents number as they called there too when I have not used their number in nearly 10 years. (both times they used a wrong first name but similiar sounding. I looked up the number and did not see it****ociated with any school and could not find a name connected. I think they are fishing for information.
