got a call from 212-777-3421 said his name was Antulio B Rosado who also said i had been choosing for a $5000 grant told him I was not going to give my information because of scam but he could send it to me in the mail he said he was not able to do this because some checks were sent out to poeple last year who moved so the checks were returned to the goverment but i told him that i was not moving so he could mail it or pick someone else. then i told him what if i did not have a banking account he told me i could go open one and he would call me back in the morning its sa****ay do any of yall no of a bank thats open on sunday

Got a call said I just got chosen for free $5000.00 grant. Ask for my account number, because I new my account was in the neg, statis I gave my account number hoping if it was true it would clear off my neg amount. Gave me a vfy number to give when they call back to vfy. He called back and I gave him the vfy number, he said there was a problem sending the money to the account from their system, and they was going to send it through western union, but to determine who I am I would have to send $300.00 dollars I told him I didn't have that type of money he ask how much could I send. I told him I wasn't going to do that because of scams. Asked him who was he with a***n he said with Washington DC but he called me from a 212 New York area code. Because I use to be an operator I knew the area codes. He gave me a number to call him back at and to give customer service his name Peter Johnson.Did not call number after resear****g this. When I first got the call it came up unavailable, then when he called me back after he had gotten my info the first time it was a 4 diget number. Be aware Thanks for the information.

My mother received a call from someone identifing them selves as Mr. Williams phone number (250) 483 0351 x101. Said he worked for a Gov't agency called Na***onwide Grant. Funny she got another call today ... a federal holiday... said he needed $150 and she'd get a check for $5000 tomorrow. He has her SSN and bank acct info. We are filing a police report.

Said he was from the government and had a $5000 check for me.
