No message left, called it back to get the island health 'main call centre' recording

Person just called and said said follow up on a reference

some dude that can't speaks english keeps calling me from this number.I ask his name, no answer just repeated "Hello?" i asked him to stop calling then ***g up.less than 10 seconds later my phone rang a***n.   Does anyone know how to block a number? very annoying.

This number is Vancouver Island Health Authority (general Hospital)

.. phoned my Telus cellular phone - didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.. they didn't leave a message. I have searched but have been unable to find the "owner" of this number.

I answer they **** up.
