I had this number show up on my caller ID on my cell phone. Think I'll have some fun if they call back.

Extremely hard to understand and said they were with the federal government and wanted to give $500 for the next 6 months to every bank account.  At the end he said to tell no one about the number.

Very hard to understand, he spelled name and town (could not*****ounce), said publish clearing house, I understood so****ing about5 million dollars I had won and some kind of car. Needed to go get cashier check for 250., but "told no one".  When I said I will tell no one other than the district attorney, guess what-- he ***g up.
