This is a credit card scam. They are persistent and have called here 6 times in the last few days.

They called me today from this number. I called them back from my Skype number (with no outbound ANI). Each time I s**** asking who they are they **** up on me :)

This is a ruse from NCO Financial Systems Inc out of Pennsylvania. They are using it as a ruse to A: develop more information about you B: to pester you with phone calls to wear you down to get you to call them. IF YOU CALL THEM THEY HAVE SOME PROTECTION FROM HARRASSMENT LAWS. They also use 216-200-5185, 609-373-1904, 251-441-3000,832-301-8125, 763-200-6592, 313-204-4037 As a trick they have entered information about a dentist, Elwood Snead as owning this number in Alabama. they play off the "this is Rachael at cardmember services scam. Their message does not say Rachael. they are 3rd party debt collectors, they recently bought 353 million dollars in debt for about 5 million. there is an average of one lawsuit filed a***nst them per day (business days) in district courts in the United States since last October. NCO IS DESTINED TO FOLD DUE TO LEGAL COSTS.
