It is Allstate Flood insurance adjuster for submitted claims.

our house flooded and it was a division of Allstate that called my cell # and to get back to us in order to help with a claim.

Received a call on my cell phone.  ***g up prior to my answering.  Attempted to call and received a message that this number does not accept incoming calls.  Need to get them stopped.
