I just got a call from them, and they said they were from a billing office, the area code is from Mobile Alabama, but they are just another bill collection service it looks like.

*Correction. The area code was 251 not 261.

Call from 261-662-4119 on prepaid cell phone. No name. No message left. Called the number back via *67. It said it was CPSI outsourcing billing department as a representative of several medical facilities and located in Mobile, AL.

have no clue  and I am on  do not   call list on my  cell  to...

Said they were Eastern Ok. Medical Center and that is not what showed up on caller id.

Any clue where this is from?

Call claiming to be from North-central Kentucky, but are code doesn't match. Attempting to collect a hospital bill.
