I got at work today from Officer James Brown, he had an arrest warrant for me also.  He said that I had been charged with check fraud, bank fraud,etc. He also had a case number for me, but he refused to tell me who I owed and his address.  He had an Indian accent also, he also wanted me to give him a credit card number or a debit card number so he could take of the debt, that way I wouldn't have to go to court on these charges.

Today is the second day in a row that I've gotten a voicemail at work from 252-317-4211.  The caller ID only says "!!" so I don't even answer it.  Anyway, the man has an Indian accent and it is SO THICK that I can barely even understand him.  He said his name was "Jimmy" and I swear he said his last name was "Cliff."  ha!  Anyway, he also said, "If you do not return my call, I can only wish you good luck."

Well today he was Officer James Brown, not Detective James Brown..He called my job 3 times, and left messages on my voice mail saying that Only him and GOD can help me..That unless I called him back, that I was going to spend Christmas in jail...Than he calls back and speaks to my boss, and my boss says yeah I will talk to her and ***g up....

I got the same call today.  He called 2 times.  Gave me a warrant number for my arrest lol.  Number to call back was 252-317-4211

I too received a telephone call today from an indian man with a heavy accent claiming to be Investigator James Brown.  He advised me that a former employee from my company falsly obtained a loan in my company's name and he was trying to get her telephone number to speak to her.  I asked him to put his request in writing and fax it to me and i would comply.  He refused and asked if i would take his number down and call my former employee and give her his number and of course i refused and then i questioned the legitimacy of the call.  He finally took my fax number down and then threatened to send the police to my company to arrest people and i said okay thank you and ***g up.

I got a call today at work from an "Officer James Brown" from Financial Crimes Investigation.....He gave the receptionist a number for my "arrest warrent" IN998215-4000.....The number that came up on the caller ID was 910-000-0000-00.  The call back number for me to call was 252-317-4211.

As like all the rest I received a call actually this was the third time over the past year I received a call of this nature all from different numbers.  But one thing stays the same the person on the other end of the phone - today he was Officer James Brown stating the obvious if I didnt call back or have my lawyer call I would face serious charges and be arrested at my place of employment.  As of yet I have not called him back but I will and I think I will be Attorney Christopher Robin.

The man calling from this number indentified himself as Jack Justice, he even told us all the callers were scams but not him.  Unfortunately, my husband paid him with his credit card just to get rid of him.  Is there any way to report this as a fraudulant charge and get your money back, probably not, but worth a ****.

I called them back ***ody was there.

I got a call from these people this morning and I didn't answer, the guy left a message.  He had a very this accent and he said that he was calling from the US Crimes Investigation Department to discuss a legal case that has been filed in my name.  Left a phone number to call him back and told me it was very important to contact him before so****ing happens to my phone number or my SS#.  The phone call came up as 910-000-0000, but he told me to call back at 252-317-4211.

man with heavy indian accent claiming to arrest me if I didnt wire money today to settle an unpaid payday loan from several years ago
