Southern Credit run by John Turnage is just as bad as those Buffalo collection agencies you hear about. They do not follow the FDCPA at all and there collection manager is very rude and has no manners. They do not even answer their phone by there name they say business office which is a FDCPA violation

I am receiving numerous calls daily from this number. I don't know why. If it is a credit agency, then they need to know that I have NO money. I am on disability and not working, so they can't get what I don't have. Please make it stop!

I receive these calls numerous time throughout the week. They begin in the early morning hours and even throughout the day into the evening. I spoke with one representative a few months ago who cussed me up and down. Eventually he just ***g up. The calls need to stop IMMEDIATELY! I refuse to give these people my hard-earned money.

I am sick of these people calling my home. They call at the least 3 times a day, sometimes more. I would c****e the number, but elderly family members has it and they may need to call us for help or so****ing. My husband works nights, they wake him up, and its hard for him get back to sleep, therefore he don't get any rest. He drive's a Transfer Truck. He only has 7 hours when he gets home to get any sleep, then he has to go back to work. If he gets hurt for having NO rest or sleep because of these people, we will sue them, I hope they read this. Then maybe they will have a real person s**** to call and people can tell them to take their number out of their service. STOP theprerecorded junk, if you can't have a real person call someone then don't call anyone at all!

This agency was very helpful to myself and wife. I had accounts out there I did not even know about. They worked with me and did not asked for whole lot monthly. Southern Credit Adjusters is a good agency unlike others I have heard about.Thank you very much in the south carolina office

This agency is great they helped me and my wife take care of accounts we did not know we even had. they worked with us on a comfortable payment arrangement.The South carolina office is great. They are nothing like other collection agencies you here of.

This person keep calling my cell phone asking for a James Smith.  I informed them that this person no longer has this cell phone number.  About a couple days later, the same people are still calling!!!  GRRRR!

Another scammer collection agency trying to collect past due debts illegally - preying on the ignorant. These vermin truly are criminals and need to serve prison time, and one day they will.Don't ever pay them or communicate with them!

I bought my 77 year old mother a pre paid phone for security. Calls from this number s****ed immediately, which cost me money. I called Southern Credit Adjusters, explained the situation, and was told that the calls would stop. The company was attempting to contact the previous owner of the pre paid phone number. Now, a month later, the calls continue.

Annoying calls several times a day

They keep calling but don't leave a voice mail.  Guess it's not that important!

These people keep calling numerous times a week.  I don't know who they are as no one speaks on the other line.  It is becomming a nuisance.  I want it stopped.

Have received calls from this number everyday this week (7/14-7/17/08) and numerous times over the past year.  If answered, I receive a message to respond if this is the wrong number and they will take my number out of the system, however they have yet to do so.

They are "Southern Credit Adjusters".
