Calls constantly and doesn't say anything.

No messages left from this number...just irratating phone calls.

These *ssholes keep calling and not leaving messages even tho they were told to cease all calls.

Its portfolio****ociates. They are a shady recovery company. They pick up loans that are ancient and have passed the statutes of limitations for repayment and try to get you to pay them by hounding you to *****. Check the debt laws for your state, most every state has a statute of limitation on debt collection. The only way to get them to stop is to send them a cease and desist order by certified mail. They have what seems to be unlimited numbers they can call you from. In some states, (such as Florida) the debt collector can't hide their iden***y, like calling from random numbers with no caller ID and your state attorney general will be interested to have a complaint on them

I keep getting calls and supposedly its a collection agency collecting money for Disney books that I never recieved. BACK IN 2007!

I keep getting calls from this # as well....don't get it, if its a collection company then why isn't there anybody on the line?

I get calls at work from this number a couple of times a day.  No one is ever on the line.  Any idea who this is?
