This number has called my cell phone several times in the last week--sometimes it comes up as 252 660 1023, and other times as 252 660 10233 (with the extra digit). When I answer, it's a man speaking rapidly in a foreign language (Somali, perhaps?). It sounds like a recording, but sometimes the man will pause when I try to talk. He often leaves long messages 3-5 minutes) with the same rapid speaking. I live in a city that has a significant Somali population, so it's most likely a wrong number, but it's such an insistent and constant wrong number, it doesn't seem like it just an individual trying to talk to a friend.
