These people are *****s for sure. The second you are late they call over and over and over and over...I was told it was an auto dialer and there was nothing they could do to stop it unless you actually make payment arrangements with amounts and date paying and set it up to come out. Just telling them you are going to pay it on a certain date doesn't work...I tried. lol. And they don't refinance their own loans which is the ******est thing I have ever heard...aarrrggg. Will be SO glad when this car is paid off so I never have to deal with them a***n!
