Claims to be a state investigator wanting to buy the property you own offering a cash offer.

Soliciting Donations

Called twice and left the same type of prerecorded message as listed on here. An obvious scam to scare people into giving them information and payments.

It said several unethical complaints were lodged a***nst me and that do***ents are in the process of being filed at my local court.

Was told on partial voice mail they are in the process of verifying my income and****ets and that federal law prohibits them from offering any further information.

The message said they were trying to verify stuff in regards to my employment my wages etc but that they couldn't reveal anymore and that I had to speak directly with the gentleman which I pressed one to do so however however you did not answer so I had to leave a message

To call back press 5. They want to hook you by not keaving full msg

They said I had an outstanding loan from Advance America and they would agree to a settlement of $500 or deduct by court order from my bank account.

Some kind of law service that's all they said

They left a voicemail stating so****ing about an employment complaint filed in my district court.
