I just received the same call - Mr. James Carter with a thick accent.  He indicated we won 2.5 million plus a Mercedes.  I knew it was a scam and ***g up.  He called right back, but I let the ma****e get it.

The first time I answered this call the guy said he was from Publishers Clearing House and I had won $750,000.  I don't waste the cost of the stamp, so there is no way I could "win".  He wanted me to call a number in Sterling, VA to have my check delivered.  It wasn't a Sterling Area code, so I didn't call.The second he left a message on my answering ma****e and said he was Mr. James Carter, with a thick Indian Accent.  I didn't bother to call back.

This call is very good and he has done some of his home work. I had him go through his list of things to do. When he got to the western union for the 2% ($500) i had to pay. I ask him for prove of all the things he was telling me. He said i will call you back. all you have to do is ask for an email of all the stuff they were telling you and they will leave you alone.

I have received 3 calls from this number.  On the last one, I requested that my name be taken off the call list.  A string of profanities followed.

I have been contacted about being a 3rd place winner of $500,000 from Publishers Clearing House through the Executive Office of Dave Sayer who is hold a certified check in my name at the Fed Reserve Bank in New York - fraud, harassment, and invasion of privacy are complaints since they have notprovided valid authentic notification as requested through my attorney.
