Received 5 calls over a few minutes.  I answered 3 times and said "hi".  No response.  Some noise on the other end, there was obviously someone there.

This number is.....The Washington State Department of Revenue. Most outbound calls from there office uses this number as well as other departments with-in there building / area. They are typically calling about taxes!

This phone number belongs to the WA State department of employment security.

I have received several calls from this number that **** up when answered and leave no message if missed.  I have called back several times and get circuit busy signal.  This is either a scam or harassment.

received a call from this number - caller id says "washington call".  They said they were calling from the Illinois Dept of Employment Services and left a call back # of 800-837-3074 - which I googled and it looks like it's some sort of Washington research company or so****ing.  Sounds like a scam to me. We are in Illinois - but I think they aren't****ociated with IDES at all.

That's the line that routes outbound calls from Bellevue College.

Got a call today from this number.  I don't normally answer number I don't know.  No message left and tried to call back and it is disconnected.

Tried to call number says call cant be completed at time they asked for a specific person I didnt know then asked what it was in regards to they said it was prvt matter.

caller ID shows this number has recently called me 13 times.  Left no message.

I received a call from  253-220-1999 on my cell. I didn't answer my phone, I was busy. I looked it up on Google and saw that it is a problem number. I know no one in Washington.

Tried calling the number a second time, and THIS TIME a recording stated the number was disconnected, or no longer in service!  VEDY VEDY STRANGE!

Just got a call, I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer....when I called back, it immediately went busy..... #@!$

I recieved a call from this number, no mesg. tried to call back busy...(-

i received a call march 4 at 4:40 pm inquiring about my grown daughter and welfare benefits. tried calling back later and apparently it is disconnected....weird

Received a call from this number today, all the message said was, "Hi", then ***g up.  Looked here to see who/what it could be.  Like everyone else, I have no idea:(

I also got a call from this number and when I called it back it was apparently disconnected. :(

Same experience as Charlotte.  I missed a call from this number, tried calling back and the call immediately disconnects.
