Same thing happening here.. they called left this message on my voice mail this is how it was transcribed:"This message is for Joshua. Joshua my anatomy said you on the phone how to send it over for the reason of my call is to inform you that I was issued is being filed a***nst you on it and your social security number. He's kicked on where to buy to US garb, it's Joe. I wanted do legal action do I to you. I need you. I got a dolly to get back to me as soon as possible. My call back number is 25323668030. I had a make it 253-236-6030. Call me as soon as possible. Goodbye and God bless you "When I called back he said he was with Harrison Law firm I asked him what did he want he said my son they are sueing .. I said sueing for what.. He kept on with his broken english I got mad told him to F^^K off and he yelled at me to get F**ked and B**ch.. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMM

I just got a call too. Whats going on with this company???

I received three call messages from Eric Watson of Harrison or Harris Law Firm yes****ay (had a thick accent, couldn't tell from where). He called at 9:41am left a message, called a***n at 9:42am, no message, and a***n at 9:45am and left the same message as the first one, minus my ssn. Of course he could not*****ounce my name. Stated I had a lawsuit pending and that I needed to contact him. He gave the last four numbers of a ssn, they were my numbers but in the wrong order. I did make the mistake in December of applying for a payday loan online. I did receive calls from a few of the companies but decided to do more research and stated I didn't have direct deposit so they declined my application. I want to know who I should be reporting this too. They haven't gotten any money from me but they do freak me out with this call. I'm going to try blocking their call but want to report them.

I received a call from 253-236-6033 and they also left another # of 253-236-6030, stating that they are calling from  a Harrison Law firm. The man who left me a message by the name of John Smith with a heavy accent, stated that their was a lawsuit pending a***nst me and  he provided the last of my social security #. I called this morning and spoke to a Ron Brooks who is supposed to be in charge of my case and stated that a CashAdvanceUSA was sueing me. I have never done business with  such company. I did however, tried to apply for a payday advance loan online but not with CashAdvanceUSA and it seems that my personal information was sold. I called a company called AdvanceUSA and she confirmed that she has received numerous calls from individuals going through the same issue. Ron Brooks did not want to provide me with the # to call CashAdvanceUSA since he stated that they hired him to take care of business on their behalf. Please do not provide them with any information and place a fraud request on all three credit bureaus,right away. Per the information one of the employees gave me there he indicated that they were located in Ken Tacoma , Washington.

All of these post are right!!! The same thing happened to me and it really needs to end. I am tired of getting people calling me who can't speak hardly and english. I hope they get what is coming to them.

i recieved a call from someone who said they worked for a law firm, and that i was being sued for non payment of a payday loan. well i though this was strange because i never received a payday loan. he had all of my information my place of work, my bank name, the last 4 digits of my social. he tells me i would receive papers to go to court and i should have 6 to 8 thousand dollars for court cost and attorney fees.

YEAH SAME HERE THEY CALLED ME TODAY SO I RETURNED THE FAVOR I CALLED THEM BOUT 80 TIMES AND LEFT 80 MSGS JUST FOR FUN IMMA PASS THIS NUMBER TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND HAVE THEM CALL TEN TIMES A PIECE MAYBE 3000+ CALLS WILL ANNOY THE A BIT. ERIC WATSON IS ABOUT THE ONLY THIN HE COULD*****OUNCE-ATE I FEEL SORRY FOR THE ONES THAT FELL FOR IT OOH AND PS IF YOU EVER FILLED OUT A PAYDAY LOAN THING ONLINE THATS HOW THE GOT YOUR INFO.

I agree with all post. This Eric Watson and Steve Taylor are foreigners who must pick American names. I received harassing calls from this so called Harrison Law Firm also. Eric demanded I listen to him and I fax a letter with a copy of my drivers lic. attached. I was being sued and I had to give my credit card and pay money today. These people have my information and I will have to c****e everything. I have had to c****e bank information as they got money from my account. They are rude and tell you to shut up and listen. I told them I was contacting the Attorney Generals office in my state and my local law enforcement. They threaten and say their officers will be at my home and my work. When you try to ask for infomation to be sent to you about what they are talking about, they read off of some type affidavit paper and say we are consulting with our senior attorney.  MAKE A COMPLAINT  PEOPLE, THIS IS A SCAM!!!!  Thank God we caught this in time and I pray they cannot harm us with the information they have.

I have received 2 threatening calls from this man name of Eric Watson telling me I am not taking this seriously enough and I better call them back immediately or there will be some serious consequences. I have ignored the calls but it made me very nervous at first. I was su****ious though and glad now that I googled the number. Thanks

I received a call from this number saying he is from a law firm I did not say I was the person they were asking for but said I would take a message I a***n asked where he was calling from he told me to shut up. ok he works at a law firm but was telling me to shut up. TOTAL SCAM!! I would like to know how these people get out number?

The  person calling at this number claims to be from Harison's law firm but it's a scam Eric watson was the name given do not give them any info  or verify any info they have all your info contact the police or your county attorneys office.  Idenity theft. scam artists have heavy foreign accents. Claiming a pending lawsuit needs to speak with you or retained attorney.  My attorney called them and they ***g up on him.  TOTAL SCAM BEWARE
