Who Called: Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

Got an automated call from this number telling me that it was the Internal Revenue Service and that they were going to sue me for back taxes. I called the number back and got someone who claimed to be Olivia Brown, with a heavy Indian accent. I asked for her badge number and she told me it was 23660. I told her that I know that they are trying to run a scam. She then ***g up.
