No message left tried to call back has a do not disturb activated message. When my answering ma****e went on heard a lot of people talking in background.  Sounds like a marketing scam or so****ing.

Googled it, a website said the phone number belonged to so****ing called "Art Central" in Tacoma, WA. However, it doesn't say what the business really does and I live near Tacoma and have never heard of this business (so I'm not sure it's accurate).

Got a call from them, the lady identyified herself so fast (after I asked who she was twice) I could only make out so****ing about medical services. She was pretty rude. She ***g up after I told her the people she was trying to reach (my dad and mom) were unavailable. I tried to call them back, the number had a 'do not disturb" feature on it. Not a published number.

Trying to find out who owns this phone number.
