This number called my phone during school and work hours asking for my 14 year old daughter. They identified themselves as Neighborhood Healthcare and they wanted to make an appointment. She does have that insurance but records should show she’s a minor. I identified myself as her mother and I can schedule her appointments (as I always do) and then the lady on the phone just kept saying she couldn’t hear me. Then she went silent. Then she s****ed breathing hard for at least one minute. The entire thing happened for like 2 min. Very strange.
