I had the same call. Did they have your information?

I called back the above # and the first time it was a busy signal - called a***n it said this call maybe monitored then it went to Jon McGinnis Tree Service voice mail. So I called back a third time then an American guy answered and said Jon McGinnis Tree Service- I asked if this was Federal law so****ing? The guy just ***g up. How are these s***bags getting personal information? Obviously they are trying to fraudulently get money but why do they know all this personal info? Today I received a call on my cell phone from an 877 5917654-I didnt answer they left a static-y voice mail American voice saying so****ing about his office- I could here or understand it?? I called the # back and was on hold - no answer so I ***g up. When I looked up that number it had similar postings to this but said people have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and reported the scam. Any ideas on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

these ****** people are calling me too!  the first call i was so scared i sent them $523 and i could not pay my mortgage that month because of it.  now the are calling a***n and said i owe them $800.  well today Thomas Jefferson called me and say to contact him or else.  i went to the local sherrifs office and did a scam report.  this is very frustrating!!!!!

call your local police and they can advise you what to do.. this is harrassment!

I've recieved various phone calls from a man with a foreign accent and goes by the name DAVID BROWN or JAMES BROWN . He knew my work number of which he called, my childrens names and DOB of each of my family members and my address, ssn's, my current address. He knew various information about me and my family. This is more then once dealing with this guy. The first time he called he said he was with the FBI and i was being served for an un paid debt that i had and they were on there way to pick me up to extracdite me to out of states on a federal warrant. So i was *****ed. I sent him a money gram with a 303 area code in which is colorado. I sent $800.00 to these people in which it came to my senses that it was fraud.Now this guy is a***n calling me at work and said if i dont pay him a***n he was going to come and F@$^ me up and my family. He is wearing me out mentally in which im afraid in my home being that he no's where i live and all my information. So please BEWARE

He called me and left the same message. When I called him back he asked if I had a lawyer that he could fax the complaint to. The company I work for has "Pre-Paid Legal Services" for the employees, so I figured I could use them. When I said yes and I'd call him back with the fax number, he said that we didn't need to talk a***n. Haven't heard from him a***n.

just received a call from an indian man at work named "Daniel" said he is a paralegal and has no information but he is calling from a federal credit law firm in washington and he is calling for his lawyer Sean Michaels- he could not disclose anything but I needed to call the lawyer back.?????

I received this call today.  Said his name was Robert.  He left a message on my phone. Told me to have my lawyer call back and said good luck.  Has scam written all over it!

I too have been getting a call from this number from a John  Smith who sounds as if he is from india or the middle east saying that I better call him today about a law suit a***nst me for a loan that i did not pay back.  I also asked for so****ing in writing that I owe this money and every time he says he can't provide that ino to me.  he keeps calling me at work and bothering my co-workers.

I have been getting a call from them for a long while now and they call my Family and my boyfriend looking for me if I don’t answer the phone. (my mom checked it and told me it was a scam)  They called a***n from this number and I was told that he want to speak with me or my Lawyer NOW!!  This matter is time sensitive. This is about a loan I NEVER took out! And they say they will arrest me if I don’t pay... Ha ha guess what you can’t is a civil matter. They also have another number and it is 916-395-0000 and beware of "Officer" Michal Green Officer of what? They all have THICK Indian accents and they have such American names...   I would do anything to make this stop but I will not pay any money to them.

Today I received a call from this number on my cell and when I didn't answer they immediately called my work. Since I was at work I had to answer and the caller stated that He was from some law firm and that I had to call His lawyer ASAP because I was being charged for not paying back a loan, a loan that I never took out. Since I have been receiving calls like this for a few months I asked Him to send me do***entation. He said to call His lawyer so I repeated that I wanted do***entation. Well this went on for a few more rounds when He finally ended it by saying **** You and ****ing up. The caller is male and has a thick middle eastern or indian accentI used a reverse caller lookup and it says that the call is from Pierce, WashingtonThe phone company is International Telecom LTD

This people are scammers calling from india. They will try to threat you for money. So dont give any information to them. Report this people to FBI. They will give this fax number to you 9097861110. Beaware of this crooks.

Its a scam. says you took out a payday loan when you didn't. The scary part is they have all your info. Call the police and report them. I would call your bank and freeze your account and then c****e the account number too. Just in case.

who are these people.  I just s****ed to recieved calls from this number today. They called 6 times is 5 minutes. STOP CALLING ME!!!!

They suggested I get a lawyer.

SCAMMER DON'T RESPOND SAYS HE IS PERCY JACKSON AND I HAVE CHARGED A***NST MY NAME. SO JUST ASK HIM HOW THE OLYMPIANS ARE LAUGH AND **** UP.
