I was called by this man with the Indaian accent as well. I know my rights, so I sent him a cease and desist email. To which he completely ignored and called my cell & work line repeadetly. He left a nasty vcml, he was laughing & cursing at me,  which I saved and I am speakig with a FDCPA attorney.

***! How many numbers do these people have? I can't even make phone calls because they're constantly calling back to back. If it's not a 253 number then it's the 347 or 00-0000. I am so sick of the threats and lies from these people.  They had the audacity to tell me that if I don't pay them I will lose my job and "good luck as your life unfolds on you" What can we do?

yes these gys are out to scam everyone i have loans but are up to date and i got an attorney involved and the cops now they are calling my husband telling him the same thing about him they need to all be convicted and arrested i am sick of these people they are so ****** and so rude and if it was a ligit thing you do not go to jail you have to make a payment arrrangement and its civil not criminal they told me they are sending a gy to my house let them cuz the cops will be called they have all the info i gave them and its just a scare tactic.....

Today I got the exact same call. They called telling me that I was about to be sued and it would be sent today unless i wanted to handle it outside of court. He said that I was being sue for the same as the 1st poster. I let him finish then stated that I had settled that account last oct. He asked if I had a letter and I stated that i had the person's name and number and bank records. I gave him the name and number of the persxon who had my account. But he"called" the place that i opened the account with. He called me back about 10min later saying that I had been scamed and that the company had never heard of the person. He went on to threaten me more. I said well I would like to settle outside of court but since I dont know you I am not giving you a dime until I get it in writting. He emailed me so****ing but the file could not be opened. I called the company that i paid in Oct and was told I was fine and had a zero balance. I told him about the caller and he asked the name of the firm. I said Hudson Law Firm and he said that he has never heard of them and they are trying to steal the debt and are mostly foreign. He then emailed me a payment comfirmation. I also called the company that I had opened the account with an was told that once they sell the account they are not informed once its paid off.I waited and the guy calld me back and I said " I talked to both the companies and the debt has been settled and I have proof and you should not call me anymore. The man said nothing just ***g up. Theycalled me about seven times today..nothing since the last call. To anyonereadding this be strong and dont give any personal info or money!!!!!

I had the same call from these people claiming to be law enforcement but these people are nothing but scam artist don't give them anything.

I received a threatening message from this number as well. I called back twice to find out who this company was and the person on the phone had a thick Indian accent and he would not tell me the company he was working for. I thought it was the law.

A man named "Sam Brown" with a very thick Indian accent keeps calling me from an "unavailable" number, but is leaving 253-243-2724 for me to call back or else I am going to be arrested. I did have payday loans, but they are paid off in full. He told me that they have all of my information, and that the charges a***nst me are "Violation of Banking Agreement", "Collateral Check Fraud" and "Theft by Deception". At least that's what I think he said. He was very hard to understand and has called my cell phone five times in one morning. He told me that I am in a "big legal mess" and that I must call him back with more information to clear this up. However, when I call the number back, either it goes straight to a generic voicemail or a different person answers the phone. Very threatening and scary voicemail! I, of course, will never answer his call or speak with him.
